To me, yoga is a tool to open the body, mind and soul so that we can live a more open, happy and truthful experience in life with greater clarity and purpose. Teaching as a yoga instructor and practicing hatha or vinyasa yoga is a boundless journey. There is always more to learn, more to experience and more to be excited about when you live life on a yogic path.
My passion as a yoga instructor is teaching thoughtful, embodied hatha | vinyasa yoga that will challenge you, bring you balance and calm your spirit. I invite you to take a hatha or vinyasa yoga class with me, so I may guide you through your yoga practice. Together we can bring a flow of positive energy to heal, empower, detoxify and find your true image.
