Private/ Semi-Private Yoga Sessions
Do yoga when and how it works for you. Personalized one-on-one instruction by Jennifer specially designed for you and your individual needs ensures that you are gently guided in the right direction for your particular needs, that you work towards goals that suit your body and your temperament, and that you maximize your own personal growth. Also available, semi-private with family or friends at your home, at your work, park or beach in the Newtown Square area of Pennsylvania.

Yoga for Golf
This 60 minute Yoga For Golf specific class that will explore the unique benefits of yoga for golfers and demonstrate how incorporating some basic hatha and restorative yoga into your exercise routine can improve your golf scores. Participants will learn specific poses, stretches and breathing techniques that will build strength, flexibility and concentration; all crucial elements to help you perform optimally on the golf course. No yoga experience is necessary. Participants should dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat if you have one.

PopUpYoga- TBD
Pop Up Yoga provides the community with soulful yoga and live music all in a beautiful environment and on a donation basis. No one will be turned away from class due to a lack of funds. Check out the PopUpYogaConn Facebook or Instagram page for information on changing locations and times.
